Following weeks of speculation by street preachers and foreign funded agents regarding my academic qualifications, I have found it necessary to make public my academic credentials. Some things are just so shameful and embarrassing! Yesterday in Parliament, we opposed the manner in which supplementary budgets were being passed, including the lack of quorum, but the presiding officer rejected our pleas. This here is the write-up which the Deputy Speaker was reading/following during the passing of the Supplementaries. The "Ayes have it" was already written for him to read. Meaning that even if members vote "Nay" he would just read that the "Ayes" have it. Remember when the Speaker herself during last year's budget process announced that the "Ayes have it" even when it was clear that majority of the members had shouted No!!! #KeepingTheGovtInCheck
