Well, it’s official - I am old. For years, I laughed at people who called IT for "basic" issues like turning on their computer… but today, I called support to complain about missing access on my account. Turns out, I was logged into the wrong account

I am a strong preacher for WFH as long as you have the discipline to do so, even though I sometimes prefer being in office. I was happy coming into office this morning - But people keep sighing, and I swear - it's tilting the shit out of me. Don't ruin my day.

Been live for about 3 hours. You think it went smooth?
Last week, my boss stormed in, insisting we overhaul our customer service and wanted it done "yesterday". So, I got the fun task of rebuilding it from the ground up! Just finished training the support staff and updating all the routines today. Fingers crossed it all runs smooth.
