Thanks @RebeccaVenchers - definitely a need for more bespoke tools to measure outcomes. Also a need to take into account social and personal circumstances in flap selection - #rural and metro patients have different needs!
Head and neck surgery is a morbid procedure - but what about the donor site in recon? @KimberleyD_PhD presents findings looking Beyond the Scar. Slightly worse functional outcomes for #rural patients. Are we measuring the right outcomes for patients?
