Suggestion for schools:
Learn who your transgender students are, and put their real name on file rather than their given one.
That way, your substitutes don't look like assholes when they misgender them while reading unfamiliar names off an attendance sheet they've never seen.

“Exposure” doesn’t pay a content creator’s bills. It doesn’t put food on their table or get them new tools to advance their career.
To offer exposure as the only compensation is to take advantage of someone struggling to get by. It’s disgusting, and shameful.

It's a long grind to get successful. 8 months in, I'm still light years from where I want to be. But you have to stay positive. It's okay to feel discouraged from time to time, but acting bitter becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. (1/2)

Financially, I will be in great shape. I'll be able to take trips, fly friends in to see me, go to conventions, and afford all sorts of upgrades to my life and the channel over time.

Yes and no. You can care for others regardless of how you feel about yourself, but if you lack any sort of self-love, it's very hard to receive affection, and it makes a healthy and long-lasting relationship extremely difficult.
