Another example of two-tier Britain. Ibrahim Mir, aged 21, was captured on CCTV throwing a brick during last year's summer riots. Instead of receiving the 3-year jail sentence that others have been given for less severe offenses like posting ‘hurty offensive’ comments online, Mir has avoided imprisonment. I wonder why.
