@MoleculeLOL @libertyesports If entirely internal their practice exposure could be narrow - champ variation, matchups, strategies, draft. Staff have to be god tier to avoid this. That + while I'm sure the acad team would benefit I think the main team would eventually lack challenge and development.

@saneindiangirl Get a notepad/open an note app and write down what you want to say while they're talking. I did this alot, my attention span would flicker between things in conversation and I knew I'd forget what I wanted to say. Helps massively with organising your thoughts too.

I've worked with Kanin on an individual level last year and for portions of this spring. He is one of the few players I would vouch for without reservations.
Hey everyone, I'm now LFT for summer 2024 After sitting out a split and streaming I am eager to compete in a team and show my improvement over the last months. Finished rank 1 s13 Likes & RT are appreciated DM on twitter or mail: royalkanin1@gmail.com

@apressori @LEC_Wooloo The ERL one is one I'd like to see. This one that has been done is very broad and the sample is small. Wouldn't base anything off it

@apressori @LEC_Wooloo The difference here is that you have a specific data pool of only div1-2 ERL players for example. They would have similar practice and experiences. A random selection of 200 kids in school are unlikely to have the same developmental trajectory

@VeteranEU @me_Tsuni My suggestion is to use IQ tests with the already tangible data being used and/or other forms of assessment. Swapping out 'iq' for fluid intelligence would have a better result as others have already done, but the holistic approach is still the same and what he's pushing.

@VeteranEU @me_Tsuni Don't think anybody would call this a paper. With the amount of hostility and exaggerated descriptors it's ungodly effort to read and devalues his actual points. His article condemns over reliance on iq - it cannot be a "sole" measure of intelligence or indicator of success.

@LEC_Wooloo Mm maybe fluid intelligence test is what I'm after more than IQ. Neat that something similar has been done.

@a_random_fluffy I think used alone or the way it has been used in the past it's not particularly useful. But combined with other values and/or EQ it could indicate a lot.

@Aminopiou IQ ≠ being good or success There are numerous people with high IQs who have achieved nothing. But with the example of chess, the top bracket of players are firmly in the higher IQ levels.

@styhx_g2 @CoachKybet Also, I don't know how many limitations there are champ wise but there should be adjustments to draft if none.

@styhx_g2 @CoachKybet They're half way through the split already with the 7 games I think. That's pretty significant imo. Insta changes: Learn to concede or acknowledge when weaker. Both number +/ champ wise. They contest everything impatiently and arrogantly. Fix objective openings (mid game esp)

@lolSentimentaI They were essentially a team of diamond players vs pro players. You can nitpick whatever parts you like to find similarities but they are not the same.
