I think Power Up is S because Vander deals >18k dmg on win and ~15k on loss, but I haven't tried. Basically this anomaly works best on solo AD comp like Tristana and Zeri Translated anomaly: Updated guide:

Prioritize carry and these recommended traits, putting item on 2nd carry is more valuable than those comps above - Play Heimer Academy/Sentinel normally + Ekko - Ekko - Vi: don't play Enforcer unless you have an emblem - Vi - Jinx: currently sucks, if its playable I guess Enforcer works best - Jinx - Sevika: highly recommend itemizing both 5 cost, work best with Ambusher (if you can slam Jinx bis) or vertical chem baron (currently suck)

Silco - Vander/Powder: item on Vander/Powder DOESN'T MATTER, only put if you have extra items Same thing with Cait - Ambessa, but Ambessa is a 4 cost so it's okay-ish to itemize

For Ambusher reroll emblem isn't great on 4-6, lower cap compared to Dominator on LeBlanc It works best with Scrap! With 3 carries, Scrap doesn't need to find a corresponding emblem putting on a 5-6 cost like other traits As a result Ambusher > Scrap emblem, and 50 shield bonus make its value higher than a gold augment
