KUALA LUMPUR, FEB 13 - Datuk Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki menegaskan, DAP hanya ada 40 kerusi dan boleh sekadar berkhayal sahaja jika mahu pinda Perlembagaan berhubung kedudukan Islam. Setiausaha Agung UMNO itu berkata,semua pihak perlu hormati Perlembagaan Perkara 3 Kedudukan Islam dan Raja-raja Melayu Pemelihara Islam, tiada keperluan untuk melantik Menteri Hal Ehwal Agama lain. “Menteri Perpaduan yang patut jalankan kerja! “Peruntukan dalam Perlembagaan Persekutuan menyatakan bahawa, Islam adalah agama Persekutuan (Perkara 3), tetapi ia juga menjamin kebebasan beragama untuk semua (Perkara 11), namun tiada peruntukan yang menyediakan tatacara khusus pengurusan agama selain Islam. “Pandangan dan cadangan boleh dibuat namun akhirnya Perlembagaan sebagai Undang-undang tertinggi negara adalah pemutus segalanya,” jelasnya dalam satu hantaran terbaru di Facebook hari ini. #BeritaKS
