Prescott trivia: Arizona’s first golf course developer may have been Leroy Anderson, whose law offices were on the 2nd floor of the Hall. (Check the photo). In 1919 Anderson built the Hassayampa Country Club - a 9 hole course in Prescott - now its the 18 hole Capital Canyon Club.
