The annual @SibylleVonesch - Verstrepen lab retreat in Rochefort was a blast, yet again. A day of science and a day of fun, including a (rather adventurous) hike, casino and bar games, trivia and a party with various yeast fermentation products 🍻😁 We even had 🌞 ! @VIB_microbes

@akaya_lab @NatureComms All is in the paper - you can just use any of the 16 new LoxP sites with the normal Cre recombinase and start recombining! (Without cross-reaction between the different sites). Constructs for the promoter shuffling are described in the (2nd) paper. Have fun!
