As a son of a miner I will never forget that Jeremy Corbyn stood by them when others in Labour turned away. They needed Labour most in 84/85 and so many Labour politicians let them down - but not Corbyn
Jeremy Corbyn stood behind the miners in 1984/85, when others turned their backs on the historic struggle which saw many workers receive criminal records and other striking miners killed.
