My friends in the hospitality industry are ranting about influencers and celebrities asking for complimentary stay in luxury hotels and resorts in exchange for exposure daw. Kawawa naman yung service staff, 2-3x a week na nga lang napasok, hihingian pa sila ng puro libre. 😩

Kaya siguro 20k agad kasi toxic siya. In my experience, everyone has to start with the same salary grade and the increase will be commensurate to your performance. I know so many people who had to start with basic pay but was generously rewarded about a couple of months. :)
