They way of IAS/IPS selection need to change. Why can't a youth can join from ground level job and work it way up to IAS with skill base. This will give ground skill needed for job. Most private sector CEO emerge from company employee , same approach needed here.

Good point of view that smart people time the market. But retail investor are doing their own job and they want a risk adjusted return over next 10-15 year. They will be happy with even 11-12% CAGR which is better than fix income product.

During peak fear of Covid I brought 50 CDSL share in 10950 INR.
Today received 1100 INR dividend. (10% yield, FD is crying in corner )
That 50 share now value 1.44 lac.
