This has been a difficult video to watch. My snide thoughts aside, the most frustrating thing isn’t that some believe the earth is flat; it’s that they’re SO self-victimized by the fear of being lied to, that it skews how they process evidence to fit what they want to believe.

And I just learned it would take light 0.13 seconds to travel around earth. So to imagine zooming out far enough to see light travel for even ONE full second is insane. Imagining one light year is hard to even understand.
