Four times @DescriptApp admit their product can no longer do what I used to do or want to do adequately. And they send a customer satisfaction survey after again refusing to refund my rest-of-year payment. A company in trouble? @JamesCridland

Now, @DescriptApp, I can't export a completed mix because it says it's uploading- it's a transcribed file that I can listen to in playback. Another bulletin deadline was missed because I couldn't get the piece to export. I'm now playing it in real time to grab audio. Crazy.

Dear @DescriptApp when voicing into a script to voice around interview blocks, a graphic used to pop up to show you'd found the right place for the punch-in. Now there's a big lag, and the script goes to the start, so you must scroll to find your place. Audacity's quicker!

Making a local podcast? Don't just blab into a mic. Bring outdoor sounds into the broadcast, craft a location piece, like the excellent @RyecastSussex - I'm spending my Sunday learning about wrestlers on Winchelsea Beach. Great use of sound- make the most of the medium!

Your interview pro mic is the best reporting mic I've used in 38 years of radio. Superb. A gamechanger. @rodemics Please improve transfer speed with Rode Connect, though. I sometimes need to leave it transferring overnight if I've recorded a long meeting. Not good.

Missed a deadline this lunchtime because they've faffed about with @DescriptApp , now whenever I record into the script I keep having to disable the camera that I do not want because I'm doing radio, even with primary use as audio. Roll it back. This is Unworkable
