My wee gran passed away early hours this morning. She was such a character. Unfortunately dementia is just such a cruel illness. Felt like I lost my gran long ago, but it didn't stop me loving her. My heart breaks for my dad.💔

this time last year i was mid way through a major break down. in the coming weeks i would lose my bf and some friends.
That breakdown was horrific, but id also survived worse.
1year on I am in a healthier mindset and honestly feel grateful for those who stuck it out thank you.

Left the house for the first time in days today. Was not as bad as I had built it up in my head. Would love to always be positive, but sometimes the demons in my head get the better. Sometimes it's not even a day at a time for me it's an hour at a time, but I always get there.🤍

Ally came out of school upset crying wanting to move, not wanting to go to dancing.
Made the effort and came out buzzing at being dancer of the week.
