In January alone they sued Equifax for falsifying credit investigations, Capital One for not paying out on high interest accounts, Vanderbilt for predatory loans, and more.

The entire reason CFPB came to be was because there was no one specific office watching the banking, credit, and loan agencies. That lack of oversight led to the 2008 crash.
