@JappRivera @RipFpsDoug @NoCapMediaa In general, a person does not have the right to not be filmed if they are in a public place where they lack a reasonable expectation of privacy. This means that if they are in public, they cannot legally prevent someone from recording them, even if they personally object.

@JappRivera @RipFpsDoug @NoCapMediaa If minors are in a public place, they do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Courts have generally upheld that filming people in public, including children, is legally permissible as long as it is not done in a harassing, intrusive, or exploitative manner.

@grindfacetv If waiters are singing "Happy Birthday to you," they might substitute "you" with 네가 (nega) in their Korean-English mix. To an English-speaking listener, "네가" (nega) sounds quite similar to a racial slur, even though the meaning is entirely different in Korean.
