So glad to be back in #Rwanda. The government’s renewed commitment to continue the path towards refugee inclusion is a motivating force. By moving from camps to settlements, providing access to services & econ. opportunities, Rwanda is showing that solutions are indeed possible.

It is also high priority to include team members with disabilities in all aspects of work - those disabilities seen & not visible, e.g.,this week our elevators at HQ were equipped for sight-impaired. While a small step, it is one step of many to become a more inclusive workplace.
