@VerizonSupport So during my scheduled call with @VerizonSupport your system went down as were supposedly going to schedule my technician visit. Said would call me back in 10 mins. 30 minutes later….waiting. Unacceptable and I’m calling Xfinity. Not sure why @Verizon treats customers like dirt.
