There are societies which truly care about the vulnerable. And then there are those, which Kenny seems to admire, that don't.
If Scotland's economy was the same size as Denmark's and the Scots were as wealthy as the Danes this wouldn't be an issue but we're not because we're in a Union whose economic and industrial ideology is designed to encourage inequality.
