It's odd that "collegiate recovery networks" aren't to help people recover from college but to help college students quit doing drugs (even though drugs are probably the only thing getting them through college).

I was told in Business class in college that that's the reason something is priced as $3.99 instead of $4, so you'll think of it as $3 instead of $4. It doesn't work for me; I've always rounded it up to $4.

The plural is also used in Turkish: "iyi günler". In German, the accusative "Guten Tag" is used because it's short for "Ich wünsche dir einen guten Tag". I don't know of others.

I was never exposed to communism in college. I was always to the left of my professors, but the one memory I have of college misinformation was in the textbook for JavaScript, it told you to use document.write() in XHTML documents. I never did. document.createElement() et al FTW!
