The amount of players especially in gc (prob because im exposed to it more) who just insta lose composure after rough scrim blocks, or matches just completely hinders them from actually learning anything meaningful from the time they put in and is most likely why most teams last
here’s a reminder that your mental health and physical health are both very important for your performance in video games. if you neglect either you’re just capping your skill level for no reason
