@s1eepymoonie And it comes off as snobbish in a way. Like, teenage girls are obviously immature in many ways. But they still have their own struggles, like relationships, breakups, gossiping, school, etc. The notion that music geared towards them is shallow is itself shallow

@squidslayernate In today's late breaking news story for tonight, America is NOT the only country that exists. More on this shocking discovery as information becomes available to us

@Ssxtrnii I'm in a similar boat. Even if I was in demand, and I'm not lol, I barely have the energy to socially engage. Flirting might be fun, but it rarely happens in a vacuum. It involves socializing. Don't have that energy

@Korrupt_Kitten Continued: The Sharpshooter--Bret Hart. This is one of the most iconic submission holds in WWE history. The Sharpshooter to Austin MADE him. Completely safe, looks devastating. Ankle Lock--Kurt Angle. Always performed like he was trying to break the opponent's ankle

@Korrupt_Kitten Some underrated finishers: Cross Armbreaker--Alberto Del Rio. He always performed it with intensity, like he was trying to break the opponent's arm. Perfect Plex--Mr. Perfect. A beautiful Fisherman's Suplex that he bridged perfectly

@mourninglambs Obviously (and sorry to bombard you. Character limits) the saying is grotesque if it's interpreted literally. People should love you (treat you with decency) because you're a person. It lets people off the hook for treating you poorly because you don't love yourself

@mourninglambs IE: Depression is something that's part of me, that I have to manage. If somebody is going to see me and vibe with me, they need to understand that it's there and although I can manage it, to have a full understanding of me, they need to accept it

@mourninglambs When you feel comfortable in your own skin or at least have some degree of peace, then people can have some idea of who you are, and people who understand that will resonate with it. My issue with that is mental illness is not separable from a MI person

@mourninglambs To me, it makes sense if interpreted *figuratively*. If you get caught up in the machinations of your own mind and worry about what people think about you too much, then that prevents you from doing things that help you feel happy

@mourninglambs The best way to go about life is to do things that you know are good for you and help you feel better about yourself. Forcing "self love" on yourself feels unnatural in my experience. Then when you naturally vibe with yourself, you'll find people who vibe with you

@s1eepymoonie Like it's functionally no different than being in a relationship with somebody where you let them flirt with somebody of the opposite (or less frequently, same) sex. Men and women have desires. Transparency matters

@s1eepymoonie Behind your back, yeah. If the dude communicates that he wants to watch it and it's something that the woman in the relationship is comfortable with, it's whatever

@offprozac Fake laughing because it's "rude" to say you want to be left TF alone. The struggle is very real

@pyrarity Yu Yu Hakusho always hits hard. The scene with his wake/funeral in the first episode (I think) really hits hard, because he felt like he wouldn't be missed, but saw how much it devastated people. IE his principal who saw potential in him and wanted him to succeed
