@swiftyloo @ubig1 @danielsgoldman @JDVance No, not if found unconstitutional. Article 3 establishes the job of the judicial branch. They are tasked with JUDICIAL REVIEW. They interpret laws & if they determine anything the other 2 branches do as "unconstiturional", it's overruled. EVERY FORMER POTUS has been subject to it

@Hotrodfeguyjim @danielsgoldman @JDVance Omg. Did you drop out of 2nd grade? What do you think the function of the Judiciary IS????? Every presidential administration has been subject to the Federal judiciary , including SCOTUS. No administration had "complete control" vis-a-vis judiciary review.
