On antibiotics for chronic sinus infection that’s left me with awful headaches & congestion on my chest but no chest infection. Week 6 now so hopefully be back on track soon!

I have slept for 20hrs yesterday who does that lol 😂 taking care of my mental health & body will come first & if I need to sleep I will! Plus sleep eye masks are a game changer!
