@Zaquelle See for me working out didn’t work and my fibromyalgia makes it almost impossible to do and I’ve done the dieting for 2 years next week and it’s now got less and less coming off which I expected but it’s so hard I’m so close to my goal it’s crazy thanks for the help :)

@Zaquelle I know that feeling I have social anxiety and agoraphobia but my anxiety is bad lately I keep having heart palpitations cause of it I have way to many mental issues it sucks it ruins my life :(
