@elizbattiste Keep an east coast meal and sleep schedule no matter where you are. So, in pacific time, breakfast at 6am, lunch at 11am, dinner at 5 or 6pm. In Easter time, breakfast at 11am, lunch at 3pm, dinner ‘round 9. + Strategic sunlight exposure to set your internal clock. Exercise daily

@kate_catherall @annehelen Im conflicted about this! On the one hand, you’re right! It’s your business. On the other hand, I’ve had folks who work for me share that it was really helpful for them to see how I did it—it made them more comfortable setting boundaries themselves.
