@ATT told me they can't DM me, which seems strange. They asked me to DM them so they can fix my phone bill which they raised twice in 24 hours. I DM'd. They didn't respond. @ATTHelp

@Verizon is this a joke? I spent 2 hours with your customer support tonight because I was being overcharged. I thought everything was resolved. Now I just got an email that says I have to go into a Verizon store to pick up a new router and connect it myself? WTF?

The wireless rep gave up and passed me over to the fios rep. There are 2 separate issues and I don't see that either of them are going to get resolved. I was dealing with AT&T today about another phone & it was easy & quick. I advise anyone using @verizon to consider switching

@Verizon EDIT above to "price gouging." @verizon I want the discounts your customer service rep promised me & I want them without being on the phone for 3-1/2 hours. And I do NOT expect to pay this ridiculous $25 increase. END
