@British_Airways I think the fact that Aviemore, 2 hours north on a major road, should not really be used as an excuse ! The bags have finally arrived - but it’s a pretty poor showing and, once more, the highlands are penalised. @drewhendrySNP

@British_Airways our bags did not travel with us - fair enough, the connecting flight was late. However that was Monday. They arrived at our destination on Monday evening…. Now they sit in a warehouse. What’s going on?

@EdinburghTrams driver, sat at horizontal hold, watches me activate ticket, try door, walk length of tram, gestures at light while mouthing ‘about to move’, 20 seconds later he finally gets the signal….. not big, not clever, not the way to encourage use!
