HBox is referring to dev support for the community. Stuff like organizing tournaments, events, prize pools, etc.
The type of support that keeps other large profiles fighting games get but not smash.

He's referring to the competitive scene (like what Bandai Namco does with Tekken or Capcom with Street Fighter).
It's undeniable that Nintendo doesn't support Smash like that.

exactly, and as others mentioned, that's not an opinion, that's an unquestionable fact. in fact, whenever Nintendo got involved in competitive smash, it was more often than not to hinder instead of help.
so... yeah, what HBox says here, from this standpoint, is completely valid.

basically, Pyra was an alternate personality Mythra constructed to deal with trauma, they're both fully sentient and share a single body, switching between each other, but at the end of Xenoblade 2, they're separated and each has their own body.

I think people are misreading this, what Horikoshi is saying here is that when he was conceptualizing the character, he was gonna make a male one, but decided to make a girl instead.
That's not saying she's trans.
