Expand LCS to 12 teams. 2 new slots are relegation slots that the top 2 NACL teams get. Subsequent splits, top 2 NACL teams compete against the 2 in LCS in relegations. Gives sponsors a reason to invest in NACL, as the incentive is getting on LCS broadcast.

Heads up to the League Community, I'm stage hosting the EWC. Surviving the current esports climate is difficult and this opportunity gives me the resources necessary to continue. That said, I know this will be disappointing to many of my followers, and I understand why.

IF this happens:. Make the 2 open spots Relegation spots that NACL teams compete for. Top 2 NACL teams earn a spot to play in LCS for the next split. Gives incentive to sponsors to get more involved in NACL, and gives a clear path to LCS again which has been lacking.
I now have enough confirmation from multiple sources that I'm confident the following is real, and I have come to the conclusion that every day extra counts, so it is worth tweeting. Riot held an owners meeting where they floated the idea of reducing LCS from 10 teams to 8.

Last year we sent 1 NA rookie to Worlds, this year we're sending 2 💪🏼. 8/15 players spent time developing in NACL. NA league is healing 🙏🏻.
All three worlds reps have rookies with a little more than a year of experience at most (APA on TL, Massu on FLY, Sniper on 100). All three teams also have players from their academy systems last year. You love to see the process actually work after all this time.

My predicted C9 roster for 2024:.Fudge.Blaber.Jojo.Berserker.Zeyzal. I know Zeyzal might be a surprise, but if you watched NACL he was head and shoulders above the support competition. I still think he'd be a top support in LCS, and chances are you get him for relatively cheap 💰.

If players don't play Thursday, I'm down to still do a tailgate with fans and players in the parking lot. I have many board and card games and silly lawn games and we can just vibe with fans and talk about League 💪.
In the case where the vote does go through and games are not played, I pray to god that all #LCS players do something for the fans that were going. Give these people that are spending time and money to come see you the love they deserve. Win them over and they'll fight with you.
