ALL-STAR SELECTION 1st TEAM SAFTIES S - Kam Totton (Folsom) S - Ahmyri McGee-Hall (St. Marys) @KamTotton6, @Passing_Academy, @FolsomBulldogFB, @AhmyriH, @SMRamsFB Ahmyri McGee-Hall is certainly a stand out safety. He makes the right play and takes the right angle to the tackle almost every time. He can pack a pop in tackling and is quite good in coverage. He has 39 tackles, 4 picks and 1 sack and a recovered fumble. But numbers are not everything. Football smarts and instincts make a big deal at the safety position, and he is among the best in the area at that. Kam Totton is the best safety in the area. Coming to Folsom after playing at Consumnes Oaks, Totton slid right in as the leader of the backfield. He has a crazy ability to slide past contact, this trait no doubt led to his position as return man opposite Carter Jackson. To be a returner on a squad loaded with lightening fast athletes should tell you something. Totten arrives at all the plays at the right time. He is never out of position. One may point to a decrease in tackles, as he had 72 tackles last year on Consumnes Oaks but that is because he plays on a team filled to the gills with players that are A-list types of talent. He still is super strong as blitzed as witnessed by his 3 sacks and 4 tackles for loss. He is tremendous in coverage with 6 passes defensed and 2 picks. Not to mention his fumble recovery for a TD. He will make a college team very happy next year, as he has a bunch of great offers to mull over. Before that though he will play a big part of Folsom reaching another State game. Kam Totton is the real deal.
