Yuffie was just great in rebirth, I loved her silliness and happy attitude.
Suzie Yeung does a fantastic job at voicing her through all of Yuffies goofy and joyful moments.

I just find FF16 more fun every time I pick it up again, doing new stuff with the combat
After I plated rebirth, I just felt like leaving it alone and the combat to me. While it's good, it felt too... "scripted" if that makes sense

I feel that's the problem with most is they keep comparing it to stuff like nier instead of what it is on its own.
I went in with the mindset that it has its own identity, and if you do the same it will be way more enjoyable.
I like Eve, I cant say much on story until I finish

I like the direction they have for combat in both but it felt more clunky in Rebirth then Remake, also having to spend a atb just to get in the air with Tifa made me want a jump button. Yes yes ik you can use synergy but there's moments we're they have 1 character only.

Can we please stop this? Let Expedition 33 have its moment without bringing up turn-based vs action with Final Fantasy
It's such a dumb argument that shouldn't be attached to this games reveal moment
As much as I love Final Fantasy XVI and the VII Remake's, can't help watching the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 trailer's slick, modernised turn based combat, and thinking FF might be better served with similar. 🤔

Another thing that's important is Final Fantasy is a anthology series that has different worlds, characters, stories, lore, etc. Going for that risk is what makes the series good, having square try something new that has never been done in FF, and that's what makes it great.

One of Gravity Rush`s strong suits is the art style which I know this wont capture.

Every ff should expand via dlc never on a whole new game (which sadly, ff7 remake is a trilogy)
Rising tide might do something to the story to see it concluded in a different way, and that'll be it.
