@ashmg2000 #IndianLegalSystem needs to be overhauled to be able to give justice to citizens. #homebuyers are stuck for the last 15 years because #PMO #CJI #UnionOfIndia #NCLT are not able to give justice. #IndianPolice is more concerned about serving politicians.

My calculations tell that this shift to new system will result in threefold increase in LTCG tax on citizens. For this tax rate needs to be tweaked so that the tax in new system is not more than the old. For this please consider rationalisation of tax rate from 12.5 to 4%. 🙏
