@SimonFawthrop_1 @SteveSangster @LBofBromley They don’t explain Bank holidays are also restricted, which is different to parking bays and council car parks which are free so you can see why residents get confused. As letter says, they didn’t want expense of updating signage so their approach was not to enforce.

@SimonFawthrop_1 @LBofBromley Banks have to very clearly inform you when the interest rate changes. Can you tell me when and how this policy was changed?

@tonyofsidcup Of course businesses anticipating increased footfall would support the trial, but was any effort made to consult the commuters and residents who would ultimately make the decision? Spending tens of millions of pounds without broader engagement seems shortsighted. – Steve

@NeilGarratt It would help to speak to community groups like ours before embarking on these expensive trials. 84 residents responded to our poll with a clear outcome! @SimonFawthrop_1

@Se_Railway Are all trains blowing their whistle? Wondered if we were at Orpington if we would hear it as there is usually a train in!

Great Result. Our SNT attended our AGM and explained that shoplifting was often linked to all sorts of crime and was therefore a priority. We have been besieged in recent months with vehicle tampering. @SimonFawthrop_1 @ThomasFTurrell @Gareth_Bacon

The Knoll community sprang into action tonight to manage a dangerous sinkhole, redirecting traffic, using makeshift barriers, and even serving tea—showing true teamwork and resilience. 🚧💛 @SimonFawthrop_1 @Gareth_Bacon @Orpington1st @MPSOrpington @LBofBromley @MayorofBromley0
