BREAKING: City of OKC Planning Commission has approved the plans for the Boardwalk at Bricktown development, including the Legacy Tower with no height restriction. The plans now go to City Council, where members will consider and vote on the project.

TOWER FINANCING SECURED:
I talked to the developer of the "Boardwalk at Bricktown" project. He says he's secured about $1.5 billion for the development, including plans for the 1,907 ft. skyscraper.
He still needs City Council approval to build the tower that tall.

UPDATE: OSBI says four Chinese Nationals were the victims in the quadruple homicide in Kingfisher County Sunday night. They were working at the marijuana farm where the murders happened.
