They are just normal tx in terms of fees. So you can assume you will have to do one tx per utxo per year. Having just few utxos is probably the best balance for privacy and usability, maybe 10 utxos of various sizes. Transacting (to pay something) also refreshes the change, so that's like free refreshing if you use your wallet from time to time.
