Waterfowl hunting on the Chesapeake Bay was an important commercial venture back in the day. Now days waterfowl hunting is regulated but remains entrenched in the culture of the bay area.

For those who want to talk directly with the Bay Bridge planning folks, this is a reminder that MDTA will host a Community Open House tomorrow evening, Wednesday, December 11, 6:00 to 8:00, at the Kent Island High School. They will share the results of this phase of the study, to

include remaining alternatives for the new crossing and supporting infrastructure. It is a follow-up to the information we received last March at our General Meeting. Many of the alternatives mentioned then have since been eliminated. The information now available will detail.
