U16’s produced some outstanding sevens play and made memories that will last a lifetime. Qualifying for day two and putting yourself in the mix with the best in the land is a great achievement 👏
A massive end to the week for KGS Rugby with the 1st xv and under 16s winning in very impressive fashion against top oppostion. Well Done Boys continue the Good Work in the New Year.
In the last couple of days the boys played their fifth and final game against the Sharks development sides and enjoyed more early morning and sundown game drives. Today they say farewell to South Africa and arrive in Manchester tomorrow afternoon

at half time. Kirkham scored early in the second half to take it to 12-17. It stayed that way until the last five minutes of the game where Kirkham scored two further tries.

boys at the Sedbergh 10’s. Kirkham topped their group beating Hurstpierpoint College, Felsted School and Stamford School. Tomorrow Kirkham will play QEGS Wakefield, Barnard Castle and Ipswich School the cup pool semifinals.

Today we visited the Langa township in Cape Town and learnt about the communities that live there. The local children loved interacting with the boys. We also experienced traditional foods that are eaten in Langa, along with a live marimba band

grounds team have been busy since we have broken up for summer. New drainage pipes laid in 1st and 2nd team rugby pitches and they are now being sand slitted. The Astroturf rejuvenation process is also complete ready for next season.
