I cannot provide advice. This company has been one of the beneficiaries of refilling the SPR. Seems like I've seen them be awarded a lot of contracts over the last year or their subsidiaries. They may have more "fiscal" backing if the SPR becomes more of a front and center issue. Not a recommendation but something to note about the company that doesn't get talked about a lot.
