I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrections from our ballot.

TABOR, the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, is extremely popular in Colorado. Without it, Democrats could throw off spending limits, stop all our tax refunds, and waste even more.
Of course, they're already trying to take TABOR away -- again -- this year. Let's stop them.
