The tragic incident on Wednesday night has led to the unfortunate and untimely death of a fellow Prince Georgian, a 12-year-old full of ambition and talent. I pray comfort finds Olivia’s family, friends, and classmates. May we all, as a nation of neighbors, honor the victims.
A Maryland 12-year-old and rising figure skater was among the 64 passengers who died Wednesday night when a commercial airplane crashed midair with a Black Hawk helicopter near Washington, D.C.
