#RDC: Agression rwandaise en RDC, Le MinEtat de la Justice @ConstantMutamba a catégoriquement refusé de participer à la 3e conférence annuelle de la cour de justice de l’Afrique de l’Est prévue à #Kigali capitale rwandaise du 18 au 19 février prochain. Selon des sources bien introduites au ministère de la #justice le ministre l’a fait savoir au président de la cour dans une correspondance lui adressée . Il justifie son refus de participer à la conférence par le fait que le #Rwanda qui va accueillir ses assises agresse son pays et sème la mort .

Interesting that  Burundi President Évariste Ndayishimiye, who has troops fighting in DRC, travelled 1,700km to the US for a National Prayer Breakfast, where he was reportedly poorly treated, and couldn’t personally go next door in Tanzania to attend the #EACSADCsummit on the Congo crisis.
