Mendoza, children whose lives ended before they could even reach middle school. William Cho, age 6, who was also injured, must now grow up without his mother, father, and brother.

Did this happen to all schools in Fairfax County? How many kids were screwed?
"A Langley father..said VA Tech recently rejected his son’s application for early admission & the family was shocked to open the principal’s email..w the news that their son was a Commended Student." Another FCPS school withheld commendation news.
