so I found the dx12 video config.
It's in the executable, and you can't modify it without triggering the anticheat.
so, for now, just use the video config + autoexec, it feels amazing this update

gotten used to this now, I'll find the dx12 videoconfig and a way to use cl_is_softened_locale aswell
but I can say that this is insane and makes my game feel buttery smooth - I'm actually shooting nukes now in 3v3s :)

PSA: do not use GeForce Game-Ready Driver 555.85- for some unknown reason there is a LOT of stuttering issues across all games and is to do with DirectX graphics kernel- the fix for me was to downgrade to 552.44
if you're using that driver version and not stuttering lmk!
