Just got back from my RMT appointment and he was telling me about his MIL. 63, in great health. I know she’s had covid twice. So a couple of weeks ago went to emerge for feeling off, sent home. By the next morning she was having a full blown heart attack. /1

If you truly are tired of being sick, start consistently wearing a proper fitting n95. I haven’t been sick in 4 years and I’m immuno + 3 auto disease. I have never been or felt healthier in my life. It’s a simple, easy and cheap way to prevent airborne illness. Masks work!
