this super bowl was huge for the sober community because apart from there being a big 8 million dollar commercial on non alcoholic beer, kendrick lamar is also openly sober. today was a really good representation of the sober community.

hit 135lb x 5 on overhead press. i dont rlly train my upper body as much as my lower body but it feels good knowing that my overhead press is still above average.

@Imakatt its lit, like imagine having twice the space of a regular gym but with only 1/4 the people. you genuinely dont even need headphones to block ppl out because everyone who goes there is serious about their training and has proper etiquette. hope u find one nearby 🤞
