@chris_neto In some companies, the remote working is not valued as much. Almost out of site out of mind. The company may not understand the Value of that employee and what they can bring because there is no water cooler talk. #AVintheAM

@kingdomhartman @chris_neto Love this! And…. Also understand the learning styles of your employees. Auditory, kinesthetic. visual, reading/writing. Bring your employees together for training. And not sit in a conference for 3 Days all day. #AvintheAM @NextLVL_Learner
