When we say we treat players like family, we mean it. I make it an effort to get to know my players and connect with them.
Esports as a whole needs more management like @Justlntime14. I rarely see org higher ups getting this involved with players at events instead of only caring about results. Love to see it.

I see a lot of comments saying that Oni is having a bad tournament, not getting kills, stats are bad, etc. The whole purpose of us making the roster change was so that we didn't need 1 player to pop off to win. This team is more balanced. He's going to pop off tomorrow. Trust me.

Just soaking in the moment as we are WORLD CHAMPIONS!! 🏆. We started our mobile division last year and within that time we got our first world championship since I took over Elevate. This feeling is just surreal. I am super happy for these guys as they worked their butts off day

I just want to give a shoutout to Laxing. To go from playing to coaching is never easy. Ultimately the goal for him is to be back in the NAL but I am glad that he is with us. The experience and mindset that he brings to this team will only help this team grow even more.

The tough part being in Rocket League is that the viewership and hype does not equate to higher decal sales. We are going through a period where people are being smarter with their money and the revenue has to match the expense. Personally I would love to stay in Rocket League.

Never seen a T1 scene more unprofessional than Overwatch. I’ll never understand why the word “buyout” scares everyone. Players don’t understand that it is a safety precaution for orgs and to prevent players from jumping ship as and when they like.

It’s kinda of crazy how everything panned out in the end. At the beginning of the year, Peejay and Susano were approached by another org. I said no and wanted to keep the team intact to run it back after the CDSI loss, then it was just Peejay but we could not let our superstar go.

My first R6 event was a success. I had a blast meeting a ton of people. Everyone in the R6 community is really nice and I enjoyed meeting everyone. Hopefully, this is the first of many for me. Here's to making more friends at future events!.

Montreal was a blast. From the good food to cheering my heart out for the team to the cold weather, I had an amazing experience. I also got to meet some of my staff IRL after working with them for 4 years. We’ll be back next year 😈
